Кусочек деловой переписки. Первое письмо получено от компании, с которой мы работаем уже второй год. Второе - ответ моего соседа по столу

We take the opportunity to inform you that our legal/financial departement inform us that as per the italian fiscal law the seller has to provide us with following documents:
 
1)   certificate of incorporation;
2)   latest balance sheet;
3)   deed of partnership;
4)   a description of the commercial activity;
5)   lease of the offices where the company has the activity;
6)   copy of the invoices relevant to the utilities for energy and telephone;
7)   number of employees and relevant contracts stating the location of the activity and the duties performed;
8)   current accounts at local banking institutes;
9)   statement of account stating the financial operations;
10)    copy of the insurance contracts for employees and offices;
11)    health certificates and administrative authorizations relevant to the activity and the utilization of the offices."

Please inform your legal/financial department that our balance sheet is public and available online, please advise them I could not find our electricity bill for September yet, launching researches...
Meanwhile we will check with local authorities if Seller has to provide the weight (in grams), size (in mm) and underwear's color for each of its employees."

Вот хочу уточнить еще у него насчет размера в мм: имеется в виду размер белья или размер служащих, неясно из контекста.
